Tell us about your event and we'll take it from there

Whether you're twelve months out or twelve weeks away, the earlier we talk, the better your menu will be.
What to include when you reach out
The most useful message you can send us covers four things: the date of the event, the approximate number of guests, the type of occasion (wedding, corporate lunch, private dinner party), and any dietary needs you already know about. You don't need the full guest list or a locked venue — a rough picture is enough to let us check availability and draft an initial proposal. If you're not sure about the date yet, tell us the month and season you're aiming for. We're happy to discuss options before anything is confirmed.

Questions we hear most often
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend reaching out at least 12 weeks before your date — 16 weeks or more in peak season (June through October). Corporate events and private dinners can often be arranged with 5–10 business days' notice, depending on kitchen and staff availability.
Do you cater outside of Montréal?
Yes — we regularly cater events in the Eastern Townships, Laurentians, and Québec City region. Travel and accommodation costs for staff are included transparently in out-of-region quotes. We don't operate in Ontario or the Maritimes.
Can you accommodate severe allergies?
We take allergen management seriously. Common allergens — nuts, gluten, shellfish, dairy — are tracked per guest and briefed to every staff member on event day. That said, our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility, so guests with anaphylactic responses to trace cross-contamination should discuss their situation with us directly before booking.
What's your payment and cancellation policy?
We require a 30% deposit to hold a date, with the balance due two weeks before the event. Cancellations made more than 30 days out forfeit the deposit; those within 30 days are invoiced for 50% of the total. Full force-majeure provisions apply to events cancelled due to documented emergencies.
Do you provide rental equipment — tables, linens, glassware?
We provide all catering-specific equipment: chafing dishes, serving platters, cutlery, and service accessories. Furniture, linens, glassware, and décor are outside our scope — we partner with local rental companies and can make referrals, but those contracts are between you and the supplier.
