Board lunches and client dinners
Plated or family-style meals for 15–40 guests in boardrooms, private dining rooms, or leased event spaces. Menus emphasize seasonal ingredients in an amber-gold palette — visually impressive without being theatrical.
Corporate

Terrafalpha replaces the beige buffet with market-sourced corporate catering that keeps energy up and impresses clients — without turning the meeting into a food event.
Corporate catering has a reputation problem: trays of limp sandwiches, sad fruit platters, and coffee that's been sitting since 8 a.m. That reputation exists because most caterers scale down a banquet menu and call it a lunch. Terrafalpha approaches corporate events the same way we approach any event — with a seasonal market run and a menu built for the specific moment. A board lunch in a downtown tower gets a different treatment than a 200-person product launch at a Mile-Ex warehouse. We cater recurring office days, one-off board meetings, multi-day conferences, and client entertainment dinners across Greater Montréal. Minimum orders start at 15 guests. We don't do individual daily office drop-offs — our model is event-based catering, not a corporate cafeteria service.

Standing cocktail receptions and passed-canapé service for 50–300 guests. Our team coordinates with your AV and event production crews so food service doesn't interrupt the program.
Weekly or bi-weekly seasonal spreads for team lunch days and all-hands meetings. Menus rotate with the market so the same group isn't eating the same meal every fortnight.
Full-day and multi-day programs including breakfast service, working lunches, afternoon breaks, and evening networking events — quoted as a single coordinated package.
“We use Terrafalpha for our quarterly client dinners and the consistency is remarkable. Every time the menu feels new — last spring it was a ramp and ricotta crostini to start, last autumn a celery root soup — but the level of execution never drops. Our clients notice.”

Corporate clients receive a detailed per-head proposal with itemized costs — no mystery packaging fees. Net-30 invoicing is available for established clients on a standing agreement. We provide a dedicated event coordinator for bookings over 100 guests, and a single point-of-contact phone line on event day. All dietary accommodations are flagged and tracked in your event file from first booking through service. One practical note: we require a minimum of five business days' notice for new corporate bookings and ten business days for events over 100 guests. Rush bookings under that threshold are accepted at our discretion depending on kitchen and staff availability.
Share your event date, location, and guest count and we'll send a tailored proposal within two business days.
