Not every celebration needs a venue. Some of the finest meals happen in living rooms, on terraces, in converted lofts, and around dining tables that seat twelve. Terrafalpha's private event catering is built for hosts who want the food to be genuinely memorable — where the flavour of the evening comes as much from the plate as from the company. We work with private clients for birthday dinners, anniversary celebrations, engagement parties, milestone gatherings, and intimate dinner parties. Our minimum for private events is 10 guests. We do not provide ongoing personal chef services or weekly meal prep — every booking with us is a single curated event tied to a specific occasion.
Private bookings start with a phone or video call where we talk about the occasion, the setting, the guests, and the season. There's no intake form to fill out — just a conversation that lets us understand what the evening means to you.
We propose a menu rooted in the market produce available in the week of your event. Summer events lean into fresh herbs, stone fruits, and grilled preparations. Winter evenings get slow braises, root vegetables, and warming amber-gold spiced sauces.
Allergies and dietary preferences are tracked from the first call. We don't serve a token vegan side — we design the whole menu so every guest feels the same level of care on their plate.
Our team handles all setup, service, and full kitchen cleanup. Guests shouldn't have to see the work behind the meal — and neither should the host. You sit down as a guest at your own event.
